Litiqo is run as four accountable functions rather than one queue. Every engagement has a named owner on our side, and it is not the person who sold it.

Each one owns an outcome, not a stage of a handover chain.
Owns the seven platforms: what goes into each release, what gets refused, and the standard every platform has to clear before it ships.
Owns custom engagements from specification through to handover, including the dates. When a date moves, this is the function that tells the client and why.
Owns each country: pricing, tax and invoice configuration, local partners, language and the support arrangement in that market.
Owns the relationship after go-live: training, adoption, the support window and the honest conversation about what is not being used.
The most common complaint about software companies is that the person who understood the business disappears after the contract is signed. We structure against that.
Individual leadership profiles are published on request. If you are evaluating Litiqo for a significant engagement and want to know exactly who will be accountable, ask us and we will introduce them directly rather than pointing you at a photograph.
Tell us the scope. We will put the named owner for that engagement in the first conversation.
