Who is responsible

Medixcart FZC LLC, trading as Litiqo, is the controller of personal data collected through this website and through our direct customer relationships.

Where we host a platform on behalf of a business customer, that customer is the controller of the data they put into it, such as patient, client or employee records, and we act as processor on their instructions.

Data we collect

When you contact us or subscribe:

name, email address, phone number and company name
the country or market you selected
the content of your enquiry

When you use this website:

pages viewed, referring page and approximate location derived from IP address
device and browser type
a theme preference stored in your browser, which never leaves your device

When you are a customer:

account and contact details for the people who use the service
billing and transaction records
support correspondence

Why we use it

to answer your enquiry and to provide a quotation
to deliver, support and administer the service you have bought
to send service and account notices, which are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while you are a customer
to send the newsletter, where you have asked for it, with one-click unsubscribe in every email
to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
to improve the website and our products in aggregate

Legal basis

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on: performance of a contract for customer data; legitimate interests for responding to enquiries; consent for the newsletter and for marketing tags (Meta Pixel / Google Tag Manager); legitimate interests or consent for first-party site analytics as described in our cookie policy; and legal obligation for records we are required to keep.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

service providers that host, secure or operate parts of our infrastructure, under contract
payment and banking providers, for transactions
professional advisers, where necessary and under a duty of confidence
authorities, where we are legally required to do so

Where a provider processes data outside the country it was collected in, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

Customer data in our platforms

Data your business enters into a Litiqo platform is processed on your instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models for other customers.

Access by our staff is restricted, logged, and limited to what is needed to support you.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period. Customer records are kept for the life of the relationship and then for the period required by tax and company law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

We use access control, encryption in transit, logging and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, but a breach affecting your data would be assessed and notified in line with applicable law. See our security page for more.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you may ask us to:

give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
correct data that is inaccurate
delete data where we no longer have a reason to keep it
restrict or object to certain processing
provide your data in a portable format
withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

Cookies

This website uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage. See the cookie policy.

Children

This website and our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes affecting existing customers are notified before they take effect.
