Anti-spam Policy

What we send

We send two kinds of message:

• Service messages to customers about their account, billing, security and releases. These are part of the service and are not marketing.
• The newsletter, only to people who asked for it, no more than monthly, with a one-click unsubscribe in every email.

What we will not do

• buy, rent or scrape email lists
• add you to a marketing list because you contacted us about something else
• enrol you in an automated drip sequence for subscribing to a newsletter
• sell or share your address with a third party for their marketing
• make an unsubscribe request take days to take effect

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email has a working one-click unsubscribe. It takes effect immediately. You can also write to privacy@litiqo.com and we will remove you.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service messages while you hold an account, because those concern your service rather than our promotion of it.

Rules for customers using our platforms

Several Litiqo platforms can send messages to your own customers, such as appointment reminders or order notifications. When you use that capability you must:

• have a lawful basis and, where required, consent to message that person
• send only messages relevant to the relationship you have with them
• provide a clear way to opt out, and honour it promptly
• identify your business clearly in the message
• comply with the messaging and telecoms rules of your market, and the terms of the messaging provider

Rules for partners and affiliates

Partners and affiliates must not promote Litiqo through unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lists, misleading subject lines or false sender information. Doing so ends the relationship.

Enforcement

We may suspend messaging capability or an account where we reasonably believe this policy is being breached, and we will tell you why.

Reporting spam

If you received an unwanted message from us or from someone using our platform, report it to abuse@litiqo.com with the message and its headers if you can. See also our abuse policy.
