Serialised control, from intake to audit trail

ARMEX is built for lawful, licensed operations where every unit has to be accounted for individually and every movement has to be explainable long after it happened.

What is inside

Six parts, one system

Nothing here is an add-on you buy later. ARMEX ships as one product, and the modules read from the same data rather than syncing between themselves.

01

Serial registry

Every unit carries its own identity, specification, condition and full movement history from intake to exit.

02

Controlled transfers

Movements between locations, custodians and states require the authorisation you configure, and each one is recorded with who, when and why.

03

Compliance records

Licences, permits, authorisations and expiry dates held against entities and units, with alerts before anything lapses.

04

Service and repair

Intake, diagnosis, parts, work performed and release, attached permanently to the serial rather than to a job sheet.

05

Documentation

Certificates, declarations, handover forms and inspection records stored against the unit and retrievable by serial.

06

Audit trail

An append-only record of every action, with user, timestamp and prior value, exportable for internal or external review.

Who runs it

Built for these operators

ARMEX is configured per business during onboarding, so a single site and a multi-branch group get the same product shaped two different ways.

  • Licensed manufacturers and assemblers
  • Authorised dealers and distributors
  • Regulated retail operations
  • Service and repair centres handling serialised units
  • Storage and custody operations
  • Compliance teams responsible for reporting
What changes

The difference operators report

01Every unit accounted forA position you can defend at any point in time.
02Authorisation, not assumptionMovements that cannot happen without the approval you defined.
03Licences that do not lapseExpiry alerts against the entity and the unit.
04Reviews without a scrambleAn export that answers the question the first time.
Every device

One standard, four screens

ARMEX is not a desktop product with a cut-down app bolted on. Desktop, tablet, Android and iOS are the same system, and the person who moves between them does not have to relearn it.

Questions

Before you ask us

Lawful, licensed operators who are required to account for serialised inventory individually. It is configured to the obligations of the jurisdiction the client operates in.

Yes. Authorisation levels, required approvers and permitted transitions are configured per location, per unit class and per user role.

No. Records are append-only. A correction is recorded as a new entry that references the original, so the earlier state remains visible.

Report formats are configured during implementation against the specific requirements you are subject to, and exported in the format the recipient accepts.

Role-based permissions govern what each user can see and do, down to location and unit class, and every access-relevant action is logged.
