Service Delivery Policy

Nothing physical is shipped

Litiqo is software delivered over the internet. There is no courier, no delivery address and no shipping charge. This page sets out how access reaches you instead, and what to do if it does not.

Who provides the service

Litiqo is owned and powered by Medixcart FZC LLC. In some markets it is provided through an appointed regional operating partner, listed on the Markets page.

In Pakistan, Litiqo is provided and billed by Uniform Impex.

How it is delivered

Litiqo runs in your web browser and as apps on Android and iOS. When your account is created, login credentials are sent by email to the address you registered, and you sign in from any supported device. Desktop, tablet, Android and iOS are the same system.

When access begins

• Free trial account created — immediately after registration
• Paid subscription activated — immediately once payment is authorised, usually within minutes
• Login credentials emailed — at the same time as activation
• Additional users or branches added — within 1 working day of the request

If payment has been authorised but your account is not active within 2 hours, contact us. Do not pay a second time.

Setup and configuration

A basic account is usable straight away. Where your subscription includes setup work, we agree a written plan before starting. It typically covers:

• branches, users, roles and permissions
• your item list, customer list and price lists
• tax, invoice format and currency configured for your market
• migration from your existing system, where that is possible

Setup timescales depend on the size of your business and the condition of the data you provide. You get a dated plan, not an open-ended estimate.

Training

Training is delivered online or at your premises, as agreed. Sessions are scheduled once your configuration is complete, so your staff learn on your own setup rather than on a demonstration account.

What you need

• A working internet connection
• A current browser on desktop or tablet, or a supported Android or iOS device
• An email address you can receive credentials at

We are not responsible for delays caused by your own connectivity, hardware or email filtering. If credentials do not arrive, check your spam folder, then call us.

Availability and support

The platform is intended to be available continuously. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where reasonably practicable and scheduled outside business hours where we can. Support runs during business hours, and urgent operational problems are escalated rather than queued.

If activation fails

If your payment was taken but access was not provided, and we cannot put it right, we refund that payment in full. See the Refund Policy.
