One connected system, not five tools that almost talk

Most businesses do not have a software problem. They have five systems, four spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group holding the gaps together. This is the work of replacing that with one thing.

ERP, CRM & Operations in practice
What is included

The work, spelled out

Scope is agreed in writing before anything starts. Nothing on this page is an upsell waiting at the end of the project.

01

Inventory and stock

Multi-location stock, batches, serials, transfers, reservations and reorder logic, with one number everybody trusts.

02

Sales and CRM

Leads, quotations, orders, invoices and the customer history behind them, in one pipeline rather than three.

03

Purchasing

Requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, receipt and landed cost, so the cost you report is the cost you paid.

04

Approvals and controls

Who can approve what, up to what value, with what evidence. Configured to your delegation, not to a default.

05

Branch operations

Cash sessions, day close, inter-branch transfers and branch-level reporting that rolls up cleanly to head office.

06

Reporting

Role-based dashboards and exports, built around the questions your management actually asks each month.

How it runs

Six stages, in this order

Operations audit

We map what happens now across branches and departments, including the workarounds, because the workarounds are the requirements.

Design the target

Chart of accounts, item master, roles, approval matrix and branch structure agreed on paper before configuration.

Configure and build

Standard capability configured, gaps built. You see it working with your own item list and your own branches.

Data migration

Opening balances, item masters, customers, suppliers and history. Rehearsed, reconciled and signed off before go-live.

Parallel run

A period where the old and new run together, so go-live is a decision rather than a leap.

Go-live and support

On-site or close support through the first close, then a defined support arrangement.

What you get

Handed over at the end

Every engagement ends with you holding the work, the access and the documentation. Nothing stays locked to us.

  • Configured system across your branches
  • Migrated masters and opening balances
  • Approval matrix implemented to your delegation
  • Role-based dashboards and exports
  • Training per role with written procedures
  • Support through the first month-end close
Questions

Before you ask us

It can, or it can feed it. Many clients keep their accounting package and let the operations system push into it. We confirm which route fits before the project starts.

It depends on branches, users and how clean the existing data is. The honest answer is that migration and data cleaning usually take longer than configuration, and we plan for that openly.

Masters and open balances are migrated. Full transaction history is migrated where it is useful and available, and archived where it is not, so you keep the record without carrying the mess forward.

It is normal. Some differences are real and get configured; some are habit and get standardised. The audit stage is where we separate the two, with your management in the room.

Then you take part of it. Starting with inventory or with sales and adding the rest later is a common and sensible path.
