Some of our products, ARMEX in particular, serve licensed and regulated operators. We work only with lawful, licensed businesses, we verify licensing before deployment, and the configuration is built against the obligations of the jurisdiction concerned.
We do not offer or accept bribes, facilitation payments or improper inducements, and we expect the same from partners and suppliers. We screen against applicable sanctions requirements and will decline or end a relationship that would breach them.
Our data handling is described in the privacy policy and, for customers covered by it, the GDPR page. Data processing agreements are available for customers who need one.
If you believe Litiqo or someone acting for us has behaved improperly, write to compliance@litiqo.com. Concerns raised in good faith are investigated and the person raising them is not penalised for doing so.
